Stephen Armistead and Year 10 studentsVisiting Art teacher Stephen Armistead presented a workshop on Video Art on Saturday 26 March. He showed examples of current video art and outlined the history of video in art with particular reference to the development of technology and it's impact on how a video artist can use the medium.
Students who undertook the workshop made short movies and experimented with editing techniques.
This was a valuable experience and particularly useful to Media students.
